Drone inspection of commercial roofs, cladding, gutters, plant and structures across Devon and the South West. Booked as a one off or on a schedule, with photographs and a written report per asset within 48 hours. ## Services - [Planned inspection programme](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/services/planned-inspection-programme): The same route round a site or a portfolio, flown to a schedule, so this year's photographs sit next to last year's and you can see what has moved. - [One off asset inspection](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/services/single-asset-inspection): One roof, elevation, tower or structure looked at properly, photographed close up and written up, because something has happened or somebody has asked. - [Pre works and handover records](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/services/pre-works-and-handover-records): A dated photographic record of a building at a fixed point in time, made because somebody is going to argue about its condition later. ## Key pages - CAA registered: A registered operator with an Operator ID and a Flyer ID held, which is the baseline any commercial client should be asking for and the first thing to check on a quote. - A2 Certificate of Competency: The A2 CofC, not a GVC. That decides how close the aircraft may legally be flown to people and property, so it decides what can be inspected and how, and it is set out plainly rather than buried. - Insured with Coverdrone: Commercial cover through Coverdrone. A certificate can be sent across for a site file or a contractor approval pack before the visit is booked. - Report within 48 hours: Photographs and a written report per asset within 48 hours of the flight, so the file is closed while the visit is still fresh in everyone's mind. ## Contact - Phone: 07450 979249 - Email: info@exeterdronesurveys.co.uk - Enquiry form: https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/contact - Based in Exeter, covering Devon and the South West ## Optional - [Full text version](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/llms-full.txt): every service, town and question on this site as markdown. - [Sitemap](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/sitemap.xml) - [Privacy](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/privacy) - [Terms](https://drone-inspection-services.co.uk/terms)
